Neurodiverse Connections Newsletter #2
Subject: Join Us for an Exciting Fourth of July Celebration!
Hello Friends of Neurodiverse Connections!
As we gear up for the much-anticipated Grand Old Fourth celebration, we are thrilled to invite you to join us for a day of fun, festivities, and community spirit! This will be the second year our nonprofit organization is hosting a booth, and we need your enthusiastic support to make it a memorable event!
Celebrate and Support Our Cause
The Grand Old Fourth is more than just a celebration; it's an opportunity for us to come together and make a difference. Our booth will feature sensory regulation activities, informative displays about our mission, and exciting ways for attendees to get involved. We believe that with your help, we can spread awareness and rally support for our cause and provide a space for members of our community that need sensory regulation breaks.
We Need Your Help!
To ensure the success of our booth, we are seeking dedicated volunteers who can lend a hand. Whether you have a few hours or the entire day to spare, your support is invaluable. Here are some of the roles we need assistance with:
- **Set-Up Crew:** Help us get everything ready before the event kicks off. This includes setting up tables, arranging materials, and decorating our booth. Set up is 6:00 - 8:30 am
- **Booth Ambassadors:** Greet visitors, share information about our nonprofit, and engage with the community. Your passion and enthusiasm will help us connect with more people. 2-hour shift commitment from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- **Clean-Up Crew:** After the festivities, we'll need help packing up and leaving the area as we found it. 5:00 pm until done.
Spread the Word
If you can't volunteer, you can still help by spreading the word! Share this newsletter with friends, family, and colleagues who might be interested in joining us. The more, the merrier!
Thank you for being a part of our community and supporting our mission. We look forward to celebrating with you and making this Fourth of July unforgettable.
Warm regards,
